Private Classes

One on one instruction offers a personal connection and fosters accelerated growth towards your primary goal, whether it’s physical asana advancement or expanding your spiritual practice through mediation. Students receive individual guidance, direction and support for their practice. Together, we design personal goals and work towards those during each session. This style of instruction is great for beginners, ensuring student begins with a strong foundation to build their practice on. Private instruction is also great for seasoned yoga practitioners. There is no better way to advance your inversion, arm balances or other peak postures. It is my specialty as I enjoy advanced postures in my own practice.

If your schedule is busy or you have young children, I will come to you. There is so much convenience and ease in a home practice. If you would like a quiet space to connect with your body, outside of your home, we can meet at one of my studio spaces in Edgehill, near Music Row or south of Nashville in Nolensville.

In Sanskrit, the word yoga means “To Yoke” to bring together, to connect. The practice of yoga brings connection within your own body, mind and spirit. To practice yoga in a group settings builds connection between individuals, breathing together, moving together, cultivating energy with one another and finding stillness together is so powerful. Consider yoga for your next celebration or gathering.
